Pathways Minneapolis would agree that their previous scheduling system was - in short - a disaster. Requiring nearly a week of work to complete, it included a five-step process. Pathways approached Avallo to tackle the task of getting their scheduling system online.

Their new scheduling system allows both participants and providers to manage their contact information and schedules, as well as sign up for classes online. Instead of mailing schedules to participants, e-mails will be sent to confirm their registration.

We worked very closely with the team at Pathways to get a polished, easy to use, and intuitive system that made everyone's jobs a lot easier. They have received a lot of positive feedback, and they have saved a lot of time and money - two things very valuable to a non-profit.
